Shipping 

All orders are dispatched within 1-5 working days from the day the order was placed (unless you have placed a pre-order). If you require your order quicker, please email sales@rainbowsandsprinkles.co.uk and we will do what we can to facilitate your request.

For items on pre-order, you will find the estimated date of arrival on both the product page and our Pre-order Delivery Update Page on our site. 

International orders

Any orders that are being dispatched outside of the UK may incur a VAT charge that will be applied by your country. This is not always the case but we will refund the VAT from your order to prevent you from paying two VAT charges. Please contact us at sales@rainbowsandsprinkles.co.uk so that we can process this for you. We may ask you to provide proof of the request to pay the additional fees. 

This only applies to adults clothing as children's clothing does not have VAT added.

If you have placed an order that has a mix of in stock and pre-order items and would like your in stock items dispatching first, please send us an email by replying to your order conformation email and we can post your order separately for a small extra postage charge.

 

Returns Policy

On Monday 9th September, we introduced a new, easy to use, returns portal

The portal will allow you to log a request to return an item, telling us why you wish to return it and what your desired resolution is, for example, a refund or exchange. Our pre-paid shipping labels will be free for exchanges or the return of a faulty item, however, if you are returning for a refund, while you may still take advantage of our pre-paid shipping service, we have introduced a small fee of £3.50 which will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you’d prefer, you can opt to use a courier of your choice and arrange return shipping yourself, but the cost of this will not be reimbursed. 

We kindly ask that all returns are neatly packaged up, preferably in the original packaging, with a note clearly stating your order number, name and reason for return with your desired resolution (exchange/refund). This information will help our team to locate your request and process your return efficiently.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to you. This is 14 days for sale items (excluding introductory priced pre-order items which is still 30 days). 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed, or altered in any way. 

Returns will not be processed for damaged items, items not in original condition, items with obvious signs of wear and use and those outside of the 30-day grace period. We also reserve the right to refuse the return of an item with any strong scents including but not limited to, smoke, vapes or perfume.  This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we receive it. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
